L.A. LGBT Center Lambasts County for Gutting HIV Prevention Funds Ahead of Federal Decisions

The center was wrong to throw the county under the bus. You cant squeeze a turnip and their response indicates a woeful misunderstanding of how grants work. You cant give grant money that has not been awarded. The funding is set to end at the end of May and NO ONE in the country has received an NOA indicating how much funding (if any) will be given. They are shucking the responsibility of funding to the hand that feeds them, except in this case, the hand has been severed by Trump.
