That science is seriously flawed. I'll wager they were following patients that WERE taking the antiretrovirals. For all purposes, the medication may be the culprit causing the virus to hijack the lungs for some sort of viral survival. Of course I'm no scientist. If I'm wrong? I'll admit it.
