Thankyou, THANKYOU! for saying this in your description about criminalization: "It should be noted that repealing HIV laws does not mean that people can’t be held accountable for intentionally transmitting HIV. Other laws may apply to the situation." People impacted by intentional transmission who thought they were in a loving relationship of mutual respect and honesty are impacted and i think a survey on this topic would have interesting results. What does the community define as intentional?
